| • In the U.S.A. With most items, we use the USPS. Our shipping prices reflect either Priority Mail or First Class service. For larger or heavier items, we use the UPS or FedEx. Tracking or delivery confirmation will always be included with each parcel, as well as insurance. • International. We ship air mail for all international orders, which includes duty and customs declaration. Unless requested, a tracking surcharge will be added to orders. This adds an additional $12.00 USD to the shipping. We carefully pad and package each order to ensure safe delivery. If damage should occur, we ask for: an email description of situation and a photo. We can then process a claim and replace the item(s). |
| Special orders.
For items not in stock, special sizes, and specific requests, we offer
special ordering. Regular shipping charges apply. |
| Combined shipments. Orders of more than
one item that can be combined into a single shipment are elegible
for lower, overall shipping charges. We will do this whenever possible
and pass on a discount to the customer. A "handling" charge may be found bundled with the shipping cost. This covers the packaging materials that we purchase. |
| Return policy. We have a seven-day return
policy on most items. A full refund will be issued once the merchandise
has been returned via check, paypal, or credit card refund. However,
the customer is responsible for the return postage,
which must approximate the original shipping terms. Costumes, CD's, videos and special order items can not be returned for refund; however, we will replace defective or ill-fitting items. |
